Shipping & Returns
We provide Free shipping in Australia for orders over $100.00.
We usually ship within 1 week , once the order has been placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include tracking information. We use Australia Post for shipping all our orders.
Please note: Order placed in one transaction will be shipped to one single address only.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received it. You must contact us with your name and order details along with the reason for return. The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable insured shipping service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
Once we have received your item and confirmed it is in original condition, we will issue you with store credit or refund.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refunds where free shipping has been provided during your purchase, along with the re-stocking fee.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
As most of our products are handmade and one of a kind, we cannot offer exchange.
Our flat rate for international shipping cost is AUD $60.00, but in case of bulky and oversized items, we contact the customer regarding the exact shipping cost before fulfilling the order.
