We usually ship within 1 to 3 weeks once the order has been placed. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include tracking information.
We use Australia Post for shipping. We provide free shipping for orders within Australia.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received it. You must contact us with your name and order details along with the reason for return. The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable insured shipping service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
Once we have received your item and confirmed it is in original condition, we will issue you with store credit or refund. As we offer free shipping within Australia, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunds.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
As most of our products are handmade and one of a kind, we cannot offer exchange.
